Since 2014, we have been hand filling and stacking
our savory pies with sides & gravy - our way.
Our Food Network, "Chopped" Champion Chef, Joe Youkhan, has completely re-imagined and reinvented the savory pie, creating literally thousands of options.
Reinvented in how they are prepared, (we take 3 days to make them),
presented, (stacked with sides & gravy),
& eaten - (with a fork, not in your hands).
We are definitely inspired by Australia, but not restrained by tradition.
